One of the most sought-after young stars today, who is single, is Maja Salvador. The talented actress (who can definitely dance, sing and act) showed the versatility she has in the recent Panagbenga Festival in Baguio City where she is part of the Kapamilya Karavan.
In an interview with Juicy Corner, the “Nagsimula Sa Puso” lead star revealed her next project, “Your Song Presents Impostor.” Here, she will be joined by Rockcoustic Heartthrob Sam Milby and PBB winners Melisa Cantiveros and Jason Francisco.
On working with Sam (who was previously linked to her after they were reportedly seen on a date), Maja cleared, “Hindi kami nagde-date.” She added, “Normal lang siguro na magkaroon kami ng isyu lalo na magkatrabaho kami ngayon. Pero ang ma-develop [into a relationship], malabo. Work lang talaga.”
Maja said that it’s her choice to be single for now, though she has plenty of showbiz suitors. “Dahil sa work [kaya ako single], kasi madali akong ma-destruct,” she expressed.
On working with two newbies Melai and Jason, Maja has only good words for them. “Masaya silang kasama. Sobrang totoong tao kasi nilang dalawa e. Kung ano yung gusto nilang sabihin, nasasabi nila. Kung ano yung mapapansin nila sa’yo… Magkasama pa lang kami sa workshop, wala pa kaming taping.”
Asked if working with Jason will cause tension between her and Melai, she answered, “Actually nag-usap na nga kami ni Melai. Sabi niya, ‘Ok lang kasi malabo naman ma-in love sa’yo si Sweetie Pie (Jason).’”
