According to rumors, the staff and crew of "Showtime" have been complaining about Navarro’s purported attitude problem. They allegedly scored Navarro after he repeatedly missed numerous episodes of the show.
Co-host Anne Curtis, however, rebutted the rumors. She said Navarro would skip some episodes of “Showtime,” but his reasons were valid.
"May taping or may sakit," Curtis said.
"We are all family, we understand each other. May time na ako ang naga-absent. Hinihila ako sa 'Babe, I Love You,' hinihila ako sa 'Green Rose.' Puyat, di ka makakarating on time. It's just a matter of understanding and family kami. Walang isyung ganoon,” she added.
Curtis suspects that there are people who want to “pull the show down” by making up stories.
"Mga ano ‘yon people who probably want to pull the show down. Basta ang main point namin is to make people happy," Curtis said.
